  • DELIVERY- ONLINE PURCHASES HAVE BEEN SWITCHED OFF AS WE ARE UNABLE TO DISPATCH ORDERS. yOU CAN STILL BROWSE AND ADD ITEMS TO YOUR WISHLIST TO BUY AT A LATER DATE

  • How is the coronavirus affecting Liars & Lovers?

    Due to current circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to close our Carnaby Street and Meadowhall stores until further notice.

    If you had a piercing appointment booked, we have now attempted to make contact by email or phone to confirm that this has been cancelled. We hope you will rearrange once things return to normal and we can safely reopen our stores. 

    In addition, we are unable to dispatch online orders until further notice.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE A RETURN BUT CANNOT LEAVE MY HOME DUE TO CORNAVIRUS?

    WE APPRECIATE THAT THINGS ARE DIFFICULT IN THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO STAY AT HOME AND STAY SAFE. 

    OUR RETURNS POLICY HAS THEREFORE BEEN TEMPORARILY EXTENDED TO 90 DAYS FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 14/03/20.

    PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) AS SOON AS IT IS SAFE TO DO SO.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • Where is my order?

    You can track your order using the DHL Parcel portal https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/ using the tracking number that is provided on your order confirmation email.

  • Where is my order confirmation?

    Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

  • Can I return earrings or piercing products?

    Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings or piercing products unless faulty.

  • What to do if I have received the wrong item?

    If you have received the wrong item, please contact customer services who will be happy to assist you.

  • Do you offer student discount?

    We do not currently offer student discount but follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with our offers and promotions.

  • My discount code didn't work?

    Please check that the code is still in date and has not expired and ensure that you have checked the terms and conditions of the code to make sure it is valid on this product.  Please also ensure that you have checked the exact spelling of the code as it may be case sensitive.  If it’s still not working, please contact customer services and our team will be able to advise you further.

  • Experiencing problems paying?

    Please contact customer services where we will be able to advise you.

  • How do I care for my jewellery?

    We recommend storing your jewellery in a box or pouch or alternatively in a sealed plastic bag. Always put your jewellery on last when dressing. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, pool or gym or spraying it with perfume so that it is kept away from liquids.

  • What is sterling silver and how should I care for it?

    Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We recommend that you store your jewellery pieces individually, ideally in a pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled. Over time sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and tarnish. Storing sterling silver jewellery in a sealed plastic bag will keep out the air that causes oxidation. If your jewellery becomes tarnished use a jewellery cloth to bring back its shine.

  • Why can't I find an item that I've seen advertised?

    We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however if you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us at care@liarsandlovers.com.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    We do not currently sell gift cards, but watch this space...

  • How can I find out if you will restock an item?

    Sometimes we restock products, please contact us at care@liarsandlovers.com to find out if the product you’re looking for is being restocked.

  • What kind of piercings do you offer in store?

    Liars & Lovers piercing artists pierce with a hollow needle for absolute precision. This means we can offer a range of different ear piercings including the conch, forward helix, tragus and much more.

    We do not currently pierce anywhere on the body other than the ears.

  • Is there an age limit for piercings in store?

    Liars & Lovers piercing studios cater for anyone aged 14 and over. However, anyone aged 14-18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian and both must show suitable ID. 

    Anyone over the age of 18 may be asked to produce ID if they look under 21. 

    Our piercing artists have the right to refuse anyone for a piercing if sufficient ID cannot be required when asked.
