Liars & Lovers offer tracked delivery via DHL within the UK & Europe with free delivery available on larger orders. See the shipping rates for your area below...

  • UK Delivery (excl. Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)

    Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays) will qualify for our next working day delivery - £6 (free over £35).

    Please note that if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the Tuesday

  • UK Delivery - Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

    Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays) will be delivered in two working days - £6 (free over £35)

    Please note that if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the Wednesday

  • Europe Delivery

    Orders to European destinations will be delivered in 2 to 6 working days via tracked DHL service - £10 (free over £60).

    Delivery is available to the following destinations: Republic of Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia & Spain

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, via the DHL Parcel portal https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/ using the tracking number that is provided on your order confirmation email.

Returns info

Due to sanitary issues we do not offer refunds on earrings or piercing products unless faulty.

Online returns

We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of your order as long as the items are returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging.

unfortunately due to sanitary reasons we are unable to accept earring returns unless faulty.

Included in all orders is a return slip and a pre-printed return address label. Ensure all requested information is provided on the return slip so that we can process your return.

Please ensure the unwanted items are securely packaged and post back to us – remember to ask for proof of postage at the Post Office.
 
Once your return is received we will process it and you’ll receive an email confirming the status. Please note UK returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed and your exchanged item(s) to be sent out to you.

Store returns

We can only accept returns in store if the item has been bought from a Liars and Lovers store.  If it has been bought through one of our concession partners (Topshop, ASOS etc.) then please contact them to arrange the return.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Yes, you can. simply include this information on the returns slip and request which item(s) you would like to exchange for. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send this out completely free of charge.

  • What should I do if my refund hasn’t been processed correctly?

    Please contact customer services, who will be happy to help you.

  • Will my original postage costs be refunded?

    Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the item was faulty or damaged.

  • Am I able to return an online order in store?

    No, please follow the instructions above and return through the online process.
