COVID-19 UPDATE - 16th June 2020

Liars & Lovers are accepting online orders for delivery via our website. So you can still treat yourself (or someone else) to a well needed pick-me-up.

New safety measures have been introduced in our warehouse so that we can dispatch your orders safely. This includes social distancing and a limited number of staff working at any one time. As a result, some deliveries may be delayed and returns may take us a little longer to process - please bear with us.

For the health & safety of our retail staff and customers, our stores and piercing studios remain closed until further notice. Please follow us on Instagram @_liarsandlovers_ and subscribe to our emails to keep up to date. We hope to re-open soon!

  • UK Mainland Delivery (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)

    Orders over £40:
    Tracked Delivery (FREE) - Next Working Day via DHL

    Orders under £40:
    Tracked Delivery (£6) - Next Working Day via DHL
    Standard Delivery (£3.50) - 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post

  • UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland Delivery

    Orders over £40:
    Tracked Delivery (FREE) - 2 Working Days via DHL

    Orders under £40:
    Tracked Delivery (£6) - 2 Working Days via DHL
    Standard Delivery (£3.50) - 4-6 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post

    Orders over £60:

    Orders under £60:

  • What are the cut off times?

    All estimated delivery times stated are from the date orders are dispatched.
    Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday or 11am Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
    Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

    Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, if your order qualified for free delivery or you chose a tracked delivery service, you can track your order on the DHL website. A tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. You will also receive direct updates from DHL.

    Standard delivery orders via Royal Mail cannot be tracked.

  • Are delivery times guaranteed?

    While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times during extremely busy times or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or pandemics.

    Please accept the delivery time frames above as a guide only.


Liars & Lovers offer a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return an item to us, we must receive your return within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you. 

Returned items must be in their original, re-saleable condition and include the original tags and packaging. The completed 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

  • How do I return an item?

    1. Complete the returns slip enclosed with your order
    2. Repackage your item securely in its original packaging and affix the pre-printed returns label
    3. Return the item via Post Office (be sure to get a receipt!)

    Returned items are your responsibility until they are received by us. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and obtain a receipt as proof of portage incase your item is not received by us.

  • Can I return earrings / piercing jewellery?

    Earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
    The only exception is if the item is found to be faulty. Please be aware that our Quality Control team inspect items on dispatch and return. We have the right to refuse a refund if we have sufficient reason to believe that the item was purposely damaged.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    You can exchange an item for an alternative colour or size of the same item. The item must have the same product code and price.

    To request an exchange, complete the returns paperwork, clearly stating the size/colour you would like as a replacement.

    If the item you have requested is not in stock, a refund will be processed for the returned item in line with our returns policy.

  • How long will my return take to process?

    We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. However, this may take longer during busy periods.
    Please allow up to 14 days for your items to be received and processed. Following this:

    1. If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 7 days to appear in your account
    2. If you have requested an exchange, please allow up to 5 working days for this to be delivered

  • What if I received my item more than 30 days ago?

    We do not accept returns outside of the 30 day returns period.

    Should you return items to us more than 30 days after you received them, you will not be refunded. You may also be asked to cover the delivery cost for us to return the items back to the original shipping address.

  • Can I keep my free gift if I return items?

    If your original order qualified for a free gift and you are returning your whole order, the free gift must also be returned.

    If you are returning part of your order, the free gift must only be returned if your new order total means you would no longer qualify for the promotion. 

    If you no longer qualify for the free gift and do not return the free gift item to us, the RRP for the free gift item will be deducted from your returns amount.

  • What if I believe my item is faulty?

    If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact immediately, including full details and photo(s) of the faulty item.

    If you are asked to return an item for inspection and it is found to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement or refund. Whichever option you choose, your original delivery amount will be refunded to you, along with the cost of returns if a valid returns postage receipt is provided to us.
