    UK mainland delivery is charged as follows:

     - Standard Delivery - £3.50 

     - Tracked Delivery - £6 or FREE Over £25


    *Next working day delivery service: Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs or 11am Fri will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day, arriving the day after. This is a Tracked service.

  • UK Delivery - Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

    Delivery to UK Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland is charged as follows: 

    - Standard Delivery - £3.50 

     - Tracked Delivery - £6 or FREE Over £25


    * Tracked 2 Day Delivery service: Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs or 11am Fri will be delivered in 2 working days. Orders placed after 11am Fri or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day, arriving 2 days later. This is a Tracked service.

  • Europe Delivery (Update)

    At this time, we can not ship to Europe. However, we are currently working on a solution which will allow us to ship to Europe in the near future.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, please select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout which will allow you to track your order via the DHL Parcel website. A tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email. You'll also receive delivery updates direct from DHL.

Returns info

-- Please be aware that due to safety measures put in place to protect our staff, returns may take longer than normal to process. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. --

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings or piercing products unless faulty. This applies both online and in store.

Online returns

We accept returns and size/colour exchanges of unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of your order, as long as the items are returned to us undamaged, re-sellable and in its original packaging.

Included in all orders is a return slip and a pre-printed return address label. Please ensure all requested information is provided on the return slip and your unwanted item is securely packaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt at the Post Office and keep this safe until the item has been successfully refunded/exchanged.
 
Once your return is received, we will process this within 14 days and email you to confirm the status. Returns may take up to 14 days to reach us. If you have requested a refund and this is approved, this will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed and your exchanged item(s) to be sent out to you.

Store returns

We can only accept returns in store if the item has been bought from a Liars and Lovers store.  If it has been bought through one of our concession partners (Topshop, ASOS etc.) then please contact them to arrange the return.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    You can exchange an item for another size or colour of the same product as long as it is the same price. Simply include this information on the returns slip and request which item(s) you would like to exchange and what colour or size you would like. If it's in stock, we’ll send this out completely free of charge. If it is out of stock, a refund will be processed and you will be notified.

  • What should I do if my refund hasn’t been processed correctly?

    Please contact customer services, who will be happy to help you.

  • Will my original postage costs be refunded?

    Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the item was faulty or damaged.

  • Am I able to return an online order in store?

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept online returns in store. Please follow the instructions above and return through the online process.

    Likewise, we are unable to accept returns of store purchases through the online process. Any items purchased in store must be returned in store.
